Note:
There is no language requirement for students applying Chinese language learning.
Students who want to apply the specialty learning for academic Diploma should pass the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK)-IV or above (HSK)-IV.

1. Required documents include Ningbo Polytechnic Application Form for International Students (you can download【attachment 3】), highest education qualification, academic achievement report, CV, Physical Examination Record for Foreigners(examined in applicant’s country), copy of passport and other certifying documents.

2. Qualified applicants may contact International Study Section of the Foreign Affairs Office through email, telephone or visit. After filling in and mailing the Application Form for International Students【attachment 3】, applicants pay RMB 400 Yuan as application fee to the designated school account.

3. In general, it takes 2 weeks for the school to examine application documents received. Upon approval, Ningbo Polytechnic Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study in China, abbreviated as JW202 Form, will be mailed to applicants’ address.

4. Applicants may apply for X visa for 1 year study or longer or F visa for half-year study with the local Chinese embassy or consulate. If you send us your application too late and do not have enough time to get an F or X visa before you leave your country, you may get an L visa (tourist visa) for the time being, and we shall help you change your L visa to F or X visa when you arrive at our college (however, you will need to pay the visa fee).

Please note: application documents will not be returned and application fees are not refundable. Application without sufficient materials or fees will be refused.
